Vessel transiting Suez Canal

A Trusted Legacy of Maritime Execution

Serving Egypt's sea gates since 2012 with world-class shipping agency standards.

How Did YAKS Marine Become Egypt's Most Trusted Maritime Agency?

YAKS Marine was founded in 2012 in the Port of Alexandria with a singular vision: to deliver maritime agency services that meet the highest international standards. Starting with a small team of experienced port captains and shipping professionals, we built our reputation on one principle — every vessel deserves world-class attention, regardless of size or flag.

From those early days managing dry cargo clearances on the Mediterranean coast, we systematically expanded our coverage — opening offices in Port Said and Suez to coordinate daily Suez Canal convoys, then establishing terminals in Ain Sukhna and Safaga to serve the Red Sea tanker trade. Today, YAKS Marine operates across seven Egyptian ports with over 120 maritime professionals.

Our rebrand in 2025 reflects our evolution from a regional harbor agent into an enterprise-grade maritime logistics partner trusted by the world's leading shipowners, charterers, and P&I clubs.
